Party party party!

Winter Break Party. We are having a party from recess on this Friday. We will be chillin out and watchin a movie all morning and then, in the afternoon, we will have a potluck. Come on by at 1:00pm with any treats/holiday food you want to bring.

I would love it if you would also remind your student that they are still in school this week and we have work to do. They still need to be attentive and on task in class. Just because we are not in school next week is no excuse for not working hard this week.

Secret Santas: We are doing an in-class gift exchange this Friday. All the students have a secret buddy that they need to bring a wrapped gift for. It can be no more than $10 and I encourage homemade or used gifts to help out our environment. The students can also give secret little gifts all week (Eg. compliment notes, a little sweet treat).

Homework this week:
SCIENCE!!!: Their investigation plan is due Tues (TOMORROW)LATE WORK WILL BE GIVEN A ZERO UNLESS THEY HAVE A SIGNED NOTE FROM A PARENT WITH A VALID EXCUSE!!
Reading: Reading logs every night. They need to read for Literature circles if they didnt finish it in class on Mon, Tues, Friday. There Holes lit circle packet gets turned in on Thursday. Scholastic news is due friday.
